Nigeria based ‘Excel Telecom’ selected Advanced VoIP for its VoIP operations. ‘Excel Telecom’ awarded billing solution contract to Advanced VoIP for its industry’s leading “Advanced VoIP Billing System (AVB)”. Excel Telecom also selected Advanced VoIP’s ISP Billing solution.
