This is a set of add-on applications and modules for the VoIP Billing. These packages allow an operator to deal with individual end user subscribers and do full billing for them.
It includes the following modules:
Private Labeled Agents: These are Service Providers also called MVNOs which resell the services provided by the Operator under their own brand name. They can choose their sales strategies but are restricted to purchase the services from the operator.
Prepaid Calling Cards:
A popular payment mechanism where users can purchase a card from the market, scratch it and use the PIN to top up the credit in their accounts.
Franchisee Based Sales Network: This is a network of sales outlets that does sales for a Service Provider. This includes sales of
1. New subscribers
2. Prepaid Calling Cards
3 Directly top up credit into subscribers' accounts.
Comprehensive Plans and Packages:
A very comprehensive product that allows the operator to create different plans and packages that can be offered to the subscribers for different prices.
Online Signups: A method where users can come online and signup themselves. Optionally it also provides for them to purchase the plans using their credit cards.
Credit card based online and recurring payments: This allows service providers to keep the credit cards of their subscribers on file and charge them as and when required.
More Complex Rating: This allow offering different loyalty schemes, bonuses, discounts, surcharges etc. based on differnt criteria.
Detailed Invoicing, accounting and financials. Allows the service providers to invoice each customer, follow payments and update all this info in their financials.
