    How it works?
   

CDR Monitoring has a web based interface for both administration and customers’ section. It implements role based security. Each of the administrators in CDR Monitoring is assigned a role with different tasks to accomplish.

CDR Monitoring allows CDR collection from RADIUS accounting as well as from some CDR Server software to provide billing with minimal configurations.

In case of Quintum Gateway, CDR Monitoring can generate and display CDR(s) based on CDR Server software while in case of any other gateway, it reads CDRs from text files and display in its GUI (Graphical User Interface).

CDR Monitoring eliminates RADIUS dependence and can be used with any gateway.

     
     
    Call Originators
   

CDR Monitoring billing solution uses a Gateway that receives requests from different destinations. After receiving these requests, if Gateway passes them to another Gateway instead of any other PC or Phone then it is serving as an originator.

Call Originators transfers all their incoming requests to other Gateway depending on the request and CDR Monitoring billing software ensures efficient monitoring for such type of calls.

     
     
    Call Terminators
   

CDR Monitoring billing solution uses a Gateway that receives requests from different destinations. After receiving these requests, if Gateway passes them to any other PC or Phone instead of another Gateway then it is serving as a Terminator.

Call Terminators transfers all their incoming requests to their required destinations that can either be a Phone or PC.

CDR Monitoring billing solution helps you to monitor such types of calls in an efficient manner.

     
     
    CDR
   

CDR is an abbreviation for Call Detail Records. It includes entire information regarding call e.g. Time, Date, Call Duration, Number dialed, Caller ID information, Extension, Line/trunk location, Cost, Call completion status. It may also include additional information like voice quality, remote-gateway information and bytes transmitted or received.

     
     
    Rate Plans
   

CDR Monitoring billing solution uses different rate plans. A rate plan can be of three types such as ‘monthly’, ‘limited’ and ‘unlimited’. You can introduce discount/bonus schemes in your plans to make them attractive for the customers. A plan can be deactivated at any time.
