  1. Multicurrency:

  2. AVB (Advanced VoIP Billing) supports multiple currencies in the system, conversion rates can be set by the billing administrators and user can pay in local currency of their locations.

  3. Prepaid/Postpaid Billing:

  4. Both prepaid and postpaid billing models are supported in Advanced VoIP Billing. In postpaid billing users don't get blocked whereas in prepaid billing users get disconnected and blocked whenever their current balance becomes less than their credit limit. Usually prepaid users have zero credit limits.

  14. It can create multiple child accounts under a parent (corporate) account (multiple PIN numbers against one account number). Payments and usage is done against the account number, which means their current balance is calculated at one point. Whenever any user (PIN) of type corporate gets locked all the users of that corporate account get locked and whenever payment is received all the users of that particular corporate account get unlocked. Also their usage is calculated separately and can be viewed separately.

  15. Application Security:

  16. Role based security implemented in Advanced VoIP Billing. All the functions of the software are divided into different tasks. System Administrator can combine different tasks to create different roles and these roles are then assigned to different billing system administrators. For example Administrator can create a role with rights to only view payments received and then can create user XYZ for help desk and finally he can assign the role to that user allowing him to only view the payment received but not to modify it.
